Extra-beneficial foods to highlight -amongst many others- are: broccoli, salmon, mackerel, sardines, peanuts, fava beans, soy, olive oil, walnuts, ginger, green tea, cherries, pineapple and grapefruit.
But blood Type A also have vulnerable immune systems. An additional intake of antioxidant would be a great way to help them strengthen their metabolism and combat viral viruses.
Foods to recommend that are particularly high in antioxidants for type A are: onions, garlic, blueberries, elderberries, dark leafy greens particularly dandelion leaves, spinach and swiss chard.
