Stretched out across Asia, blood type B have strong immune systems that reinforce their adaptability to different dietary routines and environmental changes.

 

Extra-beneficial foods to highlight -amongst many others- are: lima beans, mozzarella, ricotta and several other sources of dairy and cheeses, halibut and cod fish, watermelon, curry, goat meat, mutton and walnuts.

 

Adaptable and balanced, type B are very sensitive and prone to easy weight gain. The blood type diet may help ease symptoms like fatigue, if you omit these ingredients from your diet:  chicken, corn, wheat, buckwheat, lentils, tomatoes, peanuts and sesame seeds.
