This one is is cool and gory, when you mix it all up the juices of the berries burst everywhere.
Oats are the fuel to your day. Beneficial for types A, B & AB and neutral for O, they will power you up for hours.
Because of all the lactose and nut allergies out there (triple sigh), i tend to cook the oatmeal with water, which is not nice. It is tough, dry with a funky hay type aftertaste.
But hey, cook with fruit compote, honey or your favorite milk alternative and you'll be good to go (triple sigh encore).
Make in 5 minutes
In a saucepan over a low heat, stir the oatmeal with the water or milk continously until cooked and creamy.
Plop the oatmeal into a bowl, add the fruits, zest some fresh lime and drizzle the maple syrup. EAT.
- 1/2 Cup organic oatmeal
- 1 Cup water or choice of milk
- Fresh cherries, washed
- Fresh blueberries, washed
- Fresh blackberries, washed
- Fresh Raspberries, washed
- A dash of lime zest
- A drizzle of maple syrup
