My snacks are better than yours.
On the BTD, i am always hungry. Because my body works.
But that also means i get Fungry...mucho.
This is a quick fix that will tame the hunger. It calls for homemade mayo, get the recipe here, but if you can't be bothered, use the best quality organic store bought version you may find.
By the way, I hate substitutions but blood types B, AB & O swap the corn cake for a rice cake. AND Rice cake is beneficial for type AB. YAY.
Make in 10 minutes
Boil the egg for 6 minutes and leave it to cool in its hot water bath while you prepare the rest.
In a bowl, mix the homemade mayo with the curry powder, a pinch of salt. Paprika optional.
- Thickly slice the boiled egg.
- Slab some curry-mayo on a preferably thick pure natural unsalted corn/rice cake.
- Top with the sliced egg top with your choice of herbs for extra extravaganza.
For blood type A: Hen egg, homemade mayo, curry powder, paprika and corn cake are neutral.
For blood type B: Curry powder is beneficial. Hen egg, homemade mayo, paprika are neutral. Corn cake is to avoid.
For blood type O: Curry powder is beneficial. Hen egg, homemade mayo, paprika are neutral. Corn cake is to avoid.
For blood type AB: Curry powder is beneficial. Hen egg, homemade mayo, paprika are neutral. Corn cake is to avoid.
-1 hen egg, hard boiled
-1 thin corn cake
-2 Tsp of homemade mayo
-A pinch of paprika -unsmoked- optional
-A pinch or two of curry powder
-A pinch of salt
