HEALTH BENEFITS

The main bioactive element in ginger is called gingerol. It holds most of the potency and medicinal properties of the root.

ANTI CANCER
Raw ginger contains 6-gingerol, a substance. This extract may be used as an alternative treatment to heal several forms of cancer and reduce inflammation from malignant cells.
Research is underway to prove the efficacy of ginger to fight ovarian and pancreatic cancers.

ANTIOXIDANT & ANTI-INFLAMMATORY
It has powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects

BRAIN HEALTH
The anti Inflammatory agents in ginger may inhibit cognitive decline and inflammation linked to stress and age related diseases like Alzheimer's.

DIABETES

NAUSEA & PREGNANCY
Large amounts of ginger may raise risks of miscarriage, but this has not yet been scientifically proven.
