Oranges shouldn’t be eaten in excess as the high amount of fiber could cause reverse effects of painful digestion, abdominal cramps and lead to diarrhea.

 

TOO MUCH VITAMIN C

Containing too much vitamin C, consuming oranges in excessmay lead to diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps, bloating, headaches, insomnia or kidney stones.

 

HEARTBURN

Although alkaline, an excess of oranges may cause heartburn and relfux.

 

COUNTER MEDICATION

People under medication for heart failure eor beta-blockers, also patiens with low kidney function should not consume too many or any oranges as they are rich in potassium and in excess, could be harmful.
