Healing with food: Book recommendations.

Healing with food is a widely explored topic that is gradually being more talked about in the medical world. I’d like to share with you a shortlist of four books that have guided me on the path to health and healing, to understand the ties between body and nutrition better, and that consequently set me off on the lifestyle I have chosen to follow.

A nudge or a recommendation, with no pressure to purchase. Let’s remember these readings do not replace your doctor’s advice and prescriptions. Balance is always key, and a one-size-fits-all protocol does not exist.
